The Wolf Creek Wildlife Area
 The Wolf Creek Wildlife Area comprises over 3600 acres of ODNR owned land set aside for public hunting and fishing. A special primitive deer hunting season is held on this property each October, one of only 3 sites in the state offering this event.

The Muskingum River Parkway has the oldest hand-operated lock and dam system still in use in the country today. Over 160 years old the navigation system is a National Civil Engineering Landmark and portions are also listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Used strictly for recreation, the Muskingum River provides the perfect backdrop for boating, fishing or relaxing on one of Ohio’s most scenic waterways. Information, lock hours and special events:

Morgan County Fairgrounds Golf Course is located within the county fairgrounds. This nine-hole course is the only one of its kind in the state of Ohio. A great course for the whole family. For information and fees:
